Valencia

A well worth visiting place…

Valencia, the third largest city in Spain, is located by the Mediterranean Sea. It embraces culture and tradition from the past combined with singular architecture, exciting gastronomy, nightlife, and beautiful white sand beaches. Valencia is also the capital city of the Comunitat Valenciana region, which is a major tourist destination in summer.

Valencia offers multitude of cultural activities and museums, such as Museum of Fine Arts, Modern Art Museum IVAM, National Ceramics Museum or The city of Arts and Sciences (placed in the Turia Garden which is a must-see in Valencia). Near to the city we find the Albufera natural park, where a boat ride can be taken to enjoy dreamy sunsets surrounded by rice fields and forest

Of course, beaches are also a great attraction of Valencia, both the urban beaches and the surrounding ones, which are quieter and wilder.

Last but not least, Valencia is spoiled for choice for cofe shops, bars and restaurants, which will allow you to enjoy the Mediterranean cuisine and try some of the traditional Valencian dishes like the internationally acknowledged paella.

You cannot miss the great opportunity that the JISDM 2022 brings you to visit us!
